In the unlikely event of an incorrect ot faulty item being received, you must;
- Contact Flood Marine Services directly via telephone within 7 days of receipt
- Return the item via recorded delivery in the same condition in which you received it. Tracking information must be available upon request.
If we believe the item has been tampered with in any way or your complaint was invalid, the item will be returned to you and no exchange will be given.
Flood Marine Services do not offer refunds, but will however offer an exchange of goods of equal value, any excess value will be chargeable to the consumer.
If we do not have the replacement item in stock, we will deliver it to you as soon as stock is made available by our suppliers.

Shipping Policy

All orders paid for by credit card must be delivered to the address of the card holder.
Your item will be dispatched within 3 days if we have your item in stock, otherwise the item will be dispatched within 21 days. Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to be delivered.
In the event of a postal strike or any unforeseen circumstances that is beyond our control, this shipping policy will be null and void until any unforeseen circumstances are corrected.
