RETURNS POLICY
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@floodmarine.co.uk or via our live chat.
Returns are only valid for common service parts such as spark plugs, impellers, timing belts, oil, commonly ordered gaskets etc. Special order items such as carburettors, gearbox’s, cowling, drive shafts, uncommon gaskets etc which have been ordered in error cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the rare event that your product is faulty, it must be returned within 30 days in line with YAMAHA’s parts return policy, failure to inform us of a faulty item received will likely result in a declined return claim.
SHIPPING TERMS
- If your part is readily available, we will ship within 2 working days
- If your requested part is out of stock but available within Europe, we anticipate shipping it within 5-10 working days
- If your requested part is available only in Japan, will will notify you have anticipated delivery times.
- If your requested part is discontinued or unavailable for any reason, we will inform and refund as soon as possible.
