Any resale or transfer must be only to a qualifying commercial operator, professional operator, rescue/emergency/military/racing operator, or an appropriate dealer supplying such an operator. I confirm the outboard/propulsion engine will be fitted only to a permitted vessel/use type declared on this form, such as a commercial trip vessel, commercial diving vessel, commercial fishing vessel, fire and rescue vessel, racing vessel, rescue vessel or military vessel. I confirm the information provided is true and accurate, and I am authorised to complete this declaration. I agree that Flood Marine Services LTD may retain this declaration, supporting documents, timestamp and technical submission data as evidence of the basis on which the order was accepted.
