Description
Centek 1020250 Gen-Sep separator designed to separate exhaust gases and coolant water in a marine wet exhaust system, before discarding the water below the waterline to eliminate splash. The separator also acts as an exhaust muffler while routing all the exhaust gas and cooling water overboard separately. Centek Gen-Sep units are made from the same GRP materials used in all Centek wet exhaust system components.
This gas/water separator is designed for use with diesel engines, particularly useful for those located amidships or well forward in the hull. All ports are situated on the bottom of the unit, with two interchangeable ports for the inlet and outlet of exhaust gases and one central outlet for water drain.
