Description
This OMAX composite 10 Micron water separating fuel filter assembly has a maximum fuel flow rate of 227L/H and a large filter element ensuring fuel flow is maintained even when contaminated fuel is filtered. It’s suitable for all outboard motors, in particular fuel injected models where fine fuel filtration is especially important. A red ring in the clear bowl which sinks in petrol but floats on water allows an easy visual indication of any water-in-fuel issues, and a tap with hose barb allows easy drain off.
There are three potential positions for fuel in/out depending on installation requirements, and the kit includes a straight and elbowed brass hose barb and a blank plug all with 3/8-24 UNF threads plus two hose clamps. A spanner to aid filter element replacement at time of service. Being made of composite with brass fittings, there are no metal parts capable of rusting. Replacement 10 Micron fuel filter elements are available from ourselves (Pt. No 90794-46911) as required.Â
