Joystick Control

With Yamaha’s joystick, you can easily maneuver through tight spaces, like marinas. The joystick allows for easy sideways movement and axis rotation, making it suitable for both single and multi-engine boats. For added convenience, fine-tuning with autopilot features enables precise positioning.

Autopilot and Digital Electric Steering

The Autopilot system provides convenient boat control and piloting options. Course Hold uses fine adjustments to keep you on course, while the full Autopilot function follows a set GPS course. Yamaha’s Digital Electric Steering (DES) is quiet, efficient, and perfect for Yamaha outboards from 150hp onwards.

Remote Joystick

The Helm Master EX® system allows the attachment of a remote joystick anywhere on the vessel, enabling full control from any preferred position. It’s compatible with selected Bow Thruster units for enhanced maneuvering, ideal for larger boats with higher wind resistance.
