Raymarine SeaTalk NG (STNG) T-Piece Connector
SeaTalk ng T-Piece - Connects spur to backbone. Used for connecting white SeaTalk ng Spur Cables to Blue SeaTalk ng Backbone Cables. SeaTalk ng is a robust cabling and connection system compatible with NMEA 2000, built specifically for the marine environment comprising a powered single backbone with two terminators, one at each end. Small diameter cable connectors are used throughout the system to make installation easier. There’s a wide range of cable lengths, all with over-moulded plugs, so there is no need to cut or splice cables. Spur cables connect individual SeaTalk ng products to the SeaTalk ng backbone.

Raymarine SeaTalk NG (STNG) Power Cable
SeaTalk ng Power cable - A cable to connect a SeaTalk ng backbone to a 12V switched power supply. This provides power to the whole network and attached devices. Only one power cable is used per network. When attached at the mid-point of a network, this cable powers each half of the network independently. Cables and connectors are colour-coded for easy system identification and have quick connect (push-fit, twist-lock) waterproof (IPx6) plugs and sockets. Whether you are looking to expand your current SeaTalk ng system, update your electronics suite or completely refit, it couldn’t be easier with SeaTalk ng.

Raymarine SeaTalk NG (STNG) Right Angle Power Cable
The current marine industry standard. All current Raymarine MFDs are NMEA2000 certified. The standard utilizes the CAN (Control Area Network) design developed by Bosch for the automotive market but with messages/sentence appropriate for the marine industry. A multi-talker, multi-listener approach using serial data at moderate date rates (250kbs). Cable System Under the NMEA standard, manufacturers can use the cable/connector design of their choice so long as it conforms to certain requirements. The topology is a robust terminated backbone/spur design. SeaTalkng Raymarine’s proprietary cable system for use in NMEA 2000 networks. The design provides two advantages. First, the connector collars are retained on the product which allows for a smaller cable diameter making installations easier. More importantly, the cable can include a sixth wire which allows for backward compatibility with SeaTalk1 equipment. Products with SeaTalkng connectors can be used on NMEA 2000 networks that use Devicenet cabling through simple connector adaptors and conversely equipment with Devicenet connectors can be used on NMEA 2000 networks that use SeaTalkng cabling through simple connector adaptors.
