McMurdo
The McMurdo Smartfind M10 AIS Class B Transponder, part of McMurdo’s new range of innovative AIS products, is perfect for smaller non SOLAS vessels, where the complexity of a Class A Transponder is not necessary. It transmits vessel position information as well as receiving all AIS targets within 20 miles of the boat, typical. Using the built-in GPS receiver, the Smartfind M10 determines position, speed and course, and once this is combined with other navigational information, it is automatically transmitted without any user interaction. When received by other vessels and coast stations, the data built up to provide a live graphical display of traffic in the area.
Echomax
Designed to improve the radar detection range and visibility of small targets to X-band radar. Intended for small vessels with no radar fitted and enhance the RCS (radar cross section) of vessels up to 25m in length. Antenna only.
Echomax
The EM325 for use as a top mark for buoys or land hazards. Maximum 86.04m2 RCS response with robust 5mm or 6mm thick UV resistant PE case to suit heavy navigation lights. 4 x 12mm Base fixings @ 200mm PCD with optional top fixings to suit a navigation light of your choice.

The SmartFind G8 PLUS AIS EPIRB includes an AIS locating signal and an Infra-Red (Night-Vision) optical signal to aid detection of survivors in low light conditions. Rugged, multi GNSS 406MHz Satellite EPIRB with both GPS and Galileo receivers, unique inbuilt AIS, optimised for MEOSAR system.
Echomax
State of the art Echomax Active-X-Band Radar Target Enhancer receives a signal from transmitting radar, amplifies and returns a stronger signal. This increases the likelihood of detection reducing the risk of collision and helps to alert oncoming vessels of your position. Active RTE are increasingly being used on navigation buoys and their estimated power consumption can be seen using this link. Non use of the control box saves 10mA of power.
McMurdo
A professional handheld VHF radio that is compliant to IMO, GMDSS and ETSI standards for carriage on SOLAS vessels and survival craft, while also being designed for everyday use onboard. Rugged and waterproof it is built for use in the most demanding of marine environments with a rotary volume control and large buttons that can be used even when wearing gloves.
Echomax
With increasingly limited space at the mast head and the ensuing distant horizon and suitable mounting options free from shadowing or adjacent large metal objects suspension from the cross trees, spreaders or back stays for the Echomax Active RTE goes a long way to solve the problem.
